A month already have passed since I wrote last diary. The thing is, my back had been aching.
Now, I'm trying the acupuncture,"Hari". And the osteopathic therapy,"Seitai".
I suppose those are very good for me. In fact, I'm getting better lately, furthermore, I started swimmimg. I'm trying it step by step now. Swimming is one of my skillful sports.
Moreover, that reduce the burden on my back than other exercises. It's so sweet for me to swim in the pool. But I hate to put a swimming cap a little...
In home, I'm doing a strech after I had a long bath. That is comfortable, I fell so.
Sometime I'm very tired,and my back get wrong. But I don't be discourage, and I will keep them. I deeply realized that "A healthy bady is not built in a day"... so I'll do keeping!!
